For both a healthy lifestyle and optimal sports performances, nutrition is crucial. Not just what you eat, but also when: ahead of an event or a race, during and after it. This starts with your daily diet, that should provide you with the necessary fuel and recovery products.

When you want to participate in an endurance sport like cycling or want to do a triathlon, you will need to make sure that your energy reserves are topped off. You can start to eat a lot of certain foods, while skipping others, but are you doing it right? Are you eating the right stuff at the right time and in the right portions to achieve your goals? And maybe you are not a top sporter, but just want to make the change to a healthy lifestyle.
